Donna Courtemanche, Practice Manager - Started her career in medicine at Boulder Valley Foot and Ankle Clinic on an externship for the Medical Assistant Program at Front Range Community College. Donna is part of the foundation of the office and has now been with us for over 20 years. Her career began rapidly, initially filing many roles including receptionist, billing, surgical scheduling and medical assistant. Donna soon discovered she was keen to manage the operations of a practice, a challenge that remains her passion today. Outside the office, she keeps busy with hiking, cycling, tae-bo and yoga. Donna lives in Longmont with her husband, and three cats.

Kathi Heinrich - Kathi is a Certified Medical Assistant and has been working with BVFAC for over a decade. Kathis knowledge and experience has made her an exceptional receptionist,surgery scheduler and x-ray technician. Prior to BVFAC she was a massage therapist and has experience as a welder. She enjoy's being able to make a positive difference in people's lives. In her free time Kathi enjoys spending time with her children and two rescued dogs. She loves being active, playing softball, hiking, and biking.

Alecia Morgan - Back Office Assistant: Alecia is a transplant from Jonesboro, Arkansas. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2011 to attend Fountain Valley School to further pursue her education and compete competitively in equestrian sports. She then completed her Bachelor's of Science in Integrative Physiology Pre-Med track at the University of Colorado at Boulder as well has research experience at Anschutz Medical Campus. She is a state and nationally registered EMT. She enjoys playing the piano and guitar, painting, reading, kickboxing, and hiking in her free time. Alecia plans on furthering her medical career and hopes to apply to a medical school in the near future.

Nicole Crane - Back Office Assistant: Nicole is originally from Sacramento, California and moved out to Colorado in 2012 to attend CU Boulder. She graduated from CU in the Spring of 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Integrative Physiology and a minor in Education. She enjoys the health industry and hopes to one day become a physical therapist. In her free time, she loves to ski, hike, and enjoy all Colorado has to offer

Catherine Kelly - Back Office Assistant: Catherine grew up in Evergreen, Colorado and moved to Boulder for school in 2012. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from CU in the spring of 2016. In her free time she enjoys camping, skiing, and seeing live music. Catherine has a passion for helping others and looks forward to a lifelong career in healthcare.
